Job description
We are hiring experienced SAP SD professionals at different levels to join our growing team. As part of the SAP practice, you will be responsible for implementing, enhancing, and supporting SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions for our global clients across industries. Depending on your role, you will contribute as a hands-on consultant, solution lead, project manager, or solution architect.
Key responsibilities
Consultant
Configure, customize, and support SAP SD modules (Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Billing, Credit & Risk Management, etc.).
Gather business requirements, perform GAP analysis, and design functional solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, WM, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration.
Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams (ABAP, integration).
Provide end-user training, UAT support, and documentation.
Support production incidents and deliver enhancements.
Lead Consultant
Drive workshops with business stakeholders to capture detailed requirements.
Lead small-to-medium SAP SD implementation/enhancement projects.
Validate solution designs and ensure best practices in configuration and integration.
Mentor junior consultants and review their deliverables.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure quality delivery.
Project Manager (SAP SD / OTC)
Manage end-to-end SAP SD/OTC implementation or rollout projects.
Define project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate between client stakeholders, consulting teams, and offshore resources.
Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to project governance, reporting, and quality standards.
Drive change management and successful project adoption.
Architect (SAP SD / OTC)
Own solution architecture for SAP SD/OTC landscapes.
Design scalable and future-ready solutions that integrate with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Define global templates, rollout strategies, and complex integration scenarios (CRM, e-commerce, middleware, etc.).
Evaluate new SAP technologies (S/4HANA Sales, SAP BRIM, Fiori apps) and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with enterprise architects to align SD solutions with overall IT strategy.
Provide thought leadership, innovation, and process optimization opportunities.
Skills & requirements
For Consultant:
3–6 years SAP SD functional experience with at least 1–2 end-to-end implementations.
Strong knowledge of core SD processes (OTC, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, Credit).
Hands-on configuration and integration exposure.
For Lead Consultant:
7–10 years of SAP SD experience, including multiple full-cycle implementations.
Strong client-facing, requirement gathering, and team leadership experience.
Good understanding of S/4HANA Sales and related innovations.
For Project Manager:
10+ years of SAP SD/OTC experience with at least 3 full project lifecycles in leadership roles.
Proven track record in project management, stakeholder communication, and delivery.
PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification is an advantage.
For Architect:
12+ years of SAP SD/OTC experience with strong expertise in S/4HANA Sales.
Hands-on experience designing complex SAP landscapes and global templates.
Deep integration knowledge with SAP MM, FI, WM, PP, CRM, and third-party applications.
Strong consulting and advisory background with the ability to guide CXOs.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP Certification in SD or S/4HANA Sales.
Experience in global delivery models and multi-country rollouts.
Exposure to industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Pharma, or Automotive.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
