Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Delhi and Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, platform limitations, and integration capabilities.
Key responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools.
Work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce admins, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, triggers, validation rules, process builders, flows, etc.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and other integration tools.
Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
Ensure code quality and performance through proper testing and debugging.
Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Skills & requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2–6 years of Salesforce development experience.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, and governor limits.
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, web services).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, SFDX).
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a must; Developer II or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud.
