Position: Salesforce Certified Developer

We are seeking a Salesforce Certified Developer (Platform Developer I required) to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and customizations, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with business requirements.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Develop custom objects, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and automation.
Participate in requirement gathering and translate functional needs into technical solutions.
Work closely with Salesforce Administrators and Consultants to optimize platform usage.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding best practices and security guidelines.
Provide technical documentation and support for deployments.
Skills & requirements
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (mandatory).
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities.
Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and Salesforce DX preferred.
Nice to Have
Platform Developer II certification.
Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
Knowledge of DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
