Python Developer – AI Agent Development

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in building AI agents to join our growing AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Python programming, experience with agentic frameworks (like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar), and a passion for developing intelligent, autonomous systems that interact with APIs, tools, and humans.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered autonomous agents using Python.

Work with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or other LLM orchestration tools.

Integrate agents with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.), external APIs, databases, and vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

Build prompt templates, memory management, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent toolkits.

Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams to translate business problems into agent-based solutions.

Optimize agent performance for latency, cost, and accuracy.

Conduct thorough testing, logging, and monitoring of AI agents in production.

Stay updated with latest advancements in generative AI, agentic workflows, and open-source tools.

Skills & requirements

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

3–7 years of professional experience in Python development.

Proven experience with AI agents, LLMs, and agentic workflows.

Experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, OpenAI Function Calling, or similar agent frameworks.

Strong understanding of APIs, asynchronous Python (async/await), and microservices.

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and deployment tools (Docker, Git, etc.).
