We are looking for seasoned ABAP Fiori Leads / Architects with deep expertise in S/4HANA implementations, SAPUI5/Fiori development, and modern ABAP frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead technical design and delivery of complex Fiori applications, ABAP enhancements, and integrations, while collaborating with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and future-ready SAP solutions.We are seeking a highly experienced SAP ABAP Fiori/UI5 Consultant with deep expertise in S/4HANA development and at least two full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing custom Fiori applications, OData services, and modern ABAP solutions, while providing technical leadership to ensure scalable and high-performing solutions.

Lead and deliver custom Fiori application development using SAPUI5, OData, and Fiori Elements.
Build and extend OData services, CDS Views, AMDPs, and integrate them into Fiori apps.
Extend standard Fiori applications (both frontend and backend) to meet business requirements.
Activate and configure standard Fiori applications in S/4HANA.
Design and enhance ABAP core modules (FI, MM, SD, EHS, EWM, EAM, HCM, etc.) within an S/4HANA environment.
Develop and extend Adobe Forms and related services using BRF+.
Design and implement interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Develop, extend, and troubleshoot custom workflows.
Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership in solution design, performance optimization, and best practices.
Stay updated on latest SAP technologies including RAP, BTP, and cloud-based extensibility options.
Skills & requirements
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and Fiori/UI5.
At least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects.
Strong expertise in custom Fiori apps, OData services, CDS, AMDP.
Proven experience in Fiori extensions (frontend + backend).
Hands-on experience in HR module developments.
Experience in Adobe Forms (custom & standard) with BRF+.
Knowledge of workflow development and troubleshooting.
Strong experience in SAP module enhancements (FI, MM, SD, EHS, EWM, EAM, HCM).
Good knowledge of system interfaces (SAP ↔ non-SAP).
Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of SAP RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
SAP certification in ABAP on HANA, Fiori/UI5, or S/4HANA extensions is a plus.
