Job Description:

The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong client relationships, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This role requires expertise in audiovisual and scenic fabrication, as well as a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate has experience in the live events industry, a passion for client engagement, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Assist in prospecting, qualifying new clients, and onboarding them with a structured approach.
  • Conduct warehouse tours and demonstrations to introduce clients to AV and scenic fabrication capabilities.
